The human behind the for sale sign.
Potential spotter
After buying four fixer uppers and building spec homes, I know smart investments are more than aesthetics. There is much more to consider.
City lover, nature dweller
Don’t get me wrong, I love this city. But walking in the woods or swimming in one of our great lakes is when I feel most at home.
Atlantan by way of New York
It’s safe to say the stereotype is true: gritty, resourceful, and unafraid of a challenge. I don’t run away when things get hard, I always have your back.
Weathering the highs and lows of the market has provided me with a long-term view of real estate—one that will guide you in making one of life’s most important decisions: where you’ll call home.
I kicked off my real estate career in Buckhead during the booming market of 2004. In the years following I’ve guided clients through a recession and navigated the 2020 sellers market.
Taking a finance professor’s recommendation quite literally, I invested my first property at 23 while earning my B.S. in Business Management at NC State. Since then I’ve purchased and rehabbed nine properties. My precise understanding of building construction, the price of renovation, and resale potential (the willingness to get into a crawl space doesn’t hurt either) continues to benefit my buyers during inspection and negotiations.
Over the last decade I’ve been listed as a Top Producer for the Atlanta Realtors Association every year and in 2020 I landed in the top 5%. While this is a great honor, my focus has always been on the satisfaction of my clients, not the number of deals I close.
When I’m not on my bike exploring our region’s finest, I’m serving as a member of NPU-B, a citizen advocacy board of Buckhead.

When market knowledge matters.
Schools. Commute time. Property taxes.
With nearly two decades assisting buyers and sellers, I’ll point out neighborhoods you might overlook and develop a strategy to win the deal.
